Quack,
The migration has already started but we took care of server with no or very low user impact first. Very soon we'll be migrating our two main servers and there will be some disruption. DNS, mail deliveries, IRC and few other things should not be impacted much since they are available on multiple nodes but websites (including the webmail and stuffcloud) and a few other services will have a short downtime. Redmine instances will also need more attention and may be down a little bit.
The start/end of each migration, reboot… will be announced on IRC.

Quack,
Last Friday the migration was finished and everything should be working as usual. Sorry it took some time to fix certain problems, especially a DNS problem on Toushirou that was not obvious to spot.
There are few minor things to note: * PHP: 7.4->8.2, you might want to check your sites * ttrss: updated, ijreeder theme unmaintained and half broken, new feedmei themes instead
Along the way we discovered that one disk on Orfeo is dead (and the service that should have warned us did not) and we decided not to reboot the server. Last year we started plans to change Orfeo's body but for some reasons (too busy probably but noone recalls) that did not come to fruition. We restarted the project and we hope to be able to change the hardware next month. In the meanwhile we'll be moving a few service elsewhere just to be on the safe side and we'll reorganize when the machine has been upgraded. Unfortunately that means extra disruption of the following services, starting very soon: * webmail * mailing-lists * XMPP * PostgreSQL database, which in turn impact services on other servers: ** Matrix ** user projects/websites using this database * (probably) DDNS We'll communicate on IRC when each part of the migration starts.
